In a castle tall and grand, lived a queen so fair,
Mirror whispered day by day, "None with you compare."
But as time flew by so fast, beauty bloomed anew,
Snow White, with lips so red, and eyes of sky-blue.
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho!
Through the woods we go!
Digging gems in mines so deep,
Singing loud in voices sweet!
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho!
Home at dusk we’ll go,
But who’s this in our tiny beds?
A sleeping princess, soft as thread!
Jealous queen with heart of ice, planned a wicked scheme,
Poisoned apple, shiny red, crushed the maiden’s dream.
Dwarfs wept ‘round her glassy bed, “Wake up, don’t be gone!”
Till a prince kissed her so true—love broke the curse at dawn!
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho!
Evil’s laid down low!
Dancing dwarfs and birds take flight,
Snow White’s smile shines so bright!
Heigh-ho, heigh-ho!
Hear the bells they ring!
Queen of kindness, pure and true,
Now her dreams all sparkle new!
